Singing can be beneficial for everyone, regardless of age. It can have a positive effect on physical and mental health. For example, singing can help improve breathing, increase circulation, boost your mood and reduce stress as it stimulates the release of endorphins and other hormones that promote a sense of well-being. 

Vocal training

I offer singing lessons in person or online based on the individual student, with the aim of teaching you healthy vocal technique and developing your own unique voice. I work with a variety of styles including pop, rock, jazz, soul, R&B, musical theatre and classical.
