Qi Yoga unites ancient wisdom from both Yoga and Qigong traditions. It is a gentle practice that invites awareness into every movement. It is a unique blend of Qigong, meditation, breath awareness and yoga asanas designed to balance the body, calm the mind, and awaken the life force within.
After each session, practitioners often describe feeling more peaceful, content and alive — connected not only to themselves but also to the world around them.
Hi, I’m Mana. Since 2018, I’ve been teaching yoga in both group and one-on-one settings, with a special focus on Yin Yoga and meditation.
My journey began with a 200-hour teacher training at Inside Yoga in Frankfurt and has been enriched through ongoing studies in Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Qi Gong.
A further training experience in India allowed me to deepen both my practice and my understanding.
Yoga, for me, is not only a practice but a way to connect more deeply with our deeper selves — and it brings me joy to guide others on this path toward stillness, balance, and inner strength.
